Recipe's preparation
Place spring onions and oil into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed6.
Add water, stock and peas and cook 8 min/100ºC/speed 1.
Add mint and cook 3 min/100ºC/speed 1.Puree for 1 minute by bringing speed up slowly to speed 10.
Transfer into a sealable storage container and place into refrigerator to chill for 4 hours before serving.
Serve with a dollop of plain yogurt, or drizzle of cream and sprigs of mint to garnish.
