      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add shallot and olive oil into the bowl and chop 5 s/speed 5. Scrape down the mixing bowl, saute 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
    Add vegetables, vegetable stock paste and water and cook 30 min/100°C/speed 1, blend 1 min/speed 4-8. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.

Tip

The more variety of vegetables, the more rich the flavour will be. You can use all parts of vegetables e.g. green part of the leek, outside leaves of cabbage and lettuce, all barts of broccoli and cauliflower, celery leaves etc. Chop all veggies into 3cm.
