Roast Pumpkin & Garlic Soup

  • 30 grams garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 405 grams pumpkin, peeled, cut into pieces
  • 2 --- potatoes, (approx. 255g), peeled, cut into pieces
  • 500 grams water, adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable stock paste
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper, to taste
