Pumpkin Soup

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 180 grams onion, Cut into quarters
  • 20 grams oil
  • 800 grams pumpkin, Cut into cubes
  • 500 grams Milk
  • 2 level tablespoons Vegetable stock paste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place garlic, onion and oil in mixing bowl. Chop 4 seconds/speed 4.
  2. Saute 6 minutes/120 degrees celcius/speed 1.
  3. Add pumpkin, milk and vegetable stock paste. Cook 30 minutes/100 degrees celcius/speed 1.
  4. Slowly turn dial up to speed 9/1 minute.
  5. Scrape down lid and sides of bowl and repeat if necessary.
  6. Serve with cream and bread of choice.

Add extra vegetables like potato, carrot etc.
Exchange milk and cream for coconut cream and coconut/almond milk.
