Soup

  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 1 brown onion, halved
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 3 cm ginger fresh, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 900 grams carrotts, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons EDC Veg stock paste
  • 600 grams water
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut cream, optional

Recipe's preparation

    chop onion and garlic 2 sec/speed 5. Saute 3 mins/ V/ speed 2. Add ginger, cumin, cinnamon, allspice and mix 5 sec /speed 7. Add carrots cook 3 mins/ V/speed 2. Add stock and water and cook 25 mins/ V/ speed 2 or until carrot soft. Add lemon juice, S&P, coconut cream and mix 1 min/ speed 8, slowly increasing from speed 1 to 8. Serve and enjoy
