Chicken/tomato miso soup

  • 4 fillets chicken thighs
  • 400 grams Diced Tomato
  • 3cm cube ginger, peeled
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs corriander
  • 3 stalks Celery

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. add miso paste to 1/2 a cup of boiling water and stir until there is no lumps. set aside. Dress chicken and cut into thin peices, cut celery and spring onions into small peices of your choosing and set aside also

  2. Put garlic, corriander and peeled ginger into mixing bowl and wizz at 4 sec on speed 7, scrape bowl.

  3. add chicken, water, celery, spring onions, tomato's and miso mix into mixing bowl and whack it on 10min at 100 deg on reverse speed 1.

  4. Taste soup and season to your liking.Cook for another 5 min at the same temp and settings.

     

     A fresh loaf of sourdough/bread, some singapore noodle or more veggies works really well also. Hope you like it and hope i havent forgot anything.
