Soup

  • 50 grams Lentins, (any colour, I used green)
  • 25 grams brown rice
  • 450 grams red tomatoes, halved
  • 150 grams Carrots, roughly chopped
  • 100 grams tomato paste
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Rapadura Sugar
  • 500 grams water
  • 2 tbsp TM vegetable stock concentrate

Recipe's preparation

    Soup
  1. Place Lentils and rice in TM bowl.  Mill for 1 minute on speed 8.

  2. Add carrots, chop for 10 second on speed 6.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients and cook for 15 minutes on 100C on speed 1.

  4. When finished, blend all cooked ingredients for 30 sec on speed 8 (move up to speed 8 slowly).

    Add pepper if necessary.

  • I made this soup this morning

    I made this soup this morning after completely forgetting it was my turn to supply lunch for soup club at work.

    It was super quick and easy to prepare. Whilst I didn't mind the flavour, I decided to add some yellow curry paste and coconut milk to make a curried version. It turned out lovely.

    Great idea to add the protein, slightly strange texture, though and wasn't cooked after 15 minutes, it needed an extra 10.
