Vegan Lentil Soup
- 1 piece onion, white, halved
- 2 clove garlic cloves
- 1 piece capsicum, green, roughly chopped
- 2 sticks fresh spinach leaves, roughly chopped
- 500 grams filtered water
- 200 grams red lentils
- 1 can black bean, canned, drained
- 1 heaped tablespoons Vegetable stock paste
- 20 grams oil

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add onion, garlic and capsicum to bowl.
2. Chop on speed 6 until finely chopped.
3. Add spinach and chop on speed 6 while using spatula to push the spinach onto the blades in circular motion until chopped.
4. Add oil and saute for 4 mins on 100 degrees speed 2.
5. Add water, stock paste, red lentils and black beans and cook for 30 mins at 100 degrees speed "Gentle stir setting"
Serve hot
