Veggie Coconut Soup

  • Thumb Sized Piece Of Ginger
  • 1/2 bunch corriander
  • 2CM piece lemongrass
  • Chilli to taste
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, SEE EDC
  • 1/2 Capsicum, Roughly Chopped
  • 1/2 Head of Cauliflower, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 large zucchini, Roughly Chopped
  • 2 sticks Celery, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar

Recipe's preparation

    Veggie Coconut Soup
  1. Place ginger, coriander, lemongrass and chilli in TM bowl and chop 5sec/sp8 and scrap down the bowl

  2. Place all other ingredients into TM bowl and cook 12mins/100 Degrees/Counter-clockwise operation/Sp1

  3. Add agave nectar to TM bowl and mix 1min/Counter-clockwise operation/sp1
