METHOD

Place water cress and potatoes into the bowl with water salt

and pepper

Cook 20 min/100°C/speed 1

Blend 30 sec/ speed 4-5

Add sour cream, blend again

how much weighs a bunch approx ? we have them growing like crazy, so wouldn't mind trying this soup, thank you

also, do you use the lot or just the leaves ??
