If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place the mint into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7.
- Add cucumber to mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 7.
Add remaining ingredients and chop for 1min/speed 10. Start at speed 7 and slowly increase up to speed 10. - Pour into TMX server, cover and refrigerate for 4hours or overnight

Tip
Serve with extra chopped cucumber and mint
Swap out mint for a bunch of dill and follow the same steps above.
