Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a mini muffin pan. 2. Place garlic bacon and onion in TM bowl on speed 7 for 3 seconds. 3. Add potatoes and cheese, chop on speed 5 for 10 seconds. 4. Add eggs and salt and pepper to taste, mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 for 20 seconds (or until combined). 5. Spoon into mini muffin tins and bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden brown and tops and edges begin to get crispy.
