I made a double batch (mixing meat and other non-vegetable ingredients in by hand). I also used beef mince instead of pork. Went outside to hang washing on the line after taking the sausage rolls out - came back in to find the family scurrying away like cockroaches, and a lot of the sausage rolls missing. I think that makes these a winner! I also used tomato sauce, instead of BBQ sauce, as I'd just made a batch. Delicious - thanks for sharing.

Made a double batch and i kneaded the extra ingredients with the mince by hand in a bowl. Also realised i didn't have BBQ sauce, so added tomato sauce & Worcester sauce instead.

homeevans:to make them not stick to the baking paper use a pizza tray with holes and you don’t have to use baking paper at all! I use my pizza tray for nearly everything that needs to be crisp and doesn’t have oil or marinade on it.
