for the Loaf
- 85 g tasty cheese, cut into cubes
- 100 g brown onion, halved
- 400 g zucchini, peeled and cut into rough chunks
- 3 eggs
- 90 g bacon, small dice
- 70 g cream cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoon bi carb
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt and pepper
- 170 g plain flour

Preheat oven to 140C. Line your favorite loaf pan with baking paper.
Grate cheese 2 secs/speed 7. Remove to a bowl for later.
Place onion and zucchini in bowl and chop 3 secs/speed 7.
Add all remaining ingredients to bowl, including cheese, and mix 7 secs/reverse/speed 4. Scrape down bowl, and repeat for 2 more seconds if necessary.
Pour into tin and bake for 1.5 hours, or until loaf springs back to touch.
Accessories you need
Feel free to skip the bacon and replace the cream cheese with yoghurt. Can also use almond meal in place of flour. Other veggies can also be added if desired (within the 400g).
