Recipe's preparation

    1. Place the flour, butter and salt into the Thermomix bowl
Mix on speed 9, 10 seconds.

    2. Add the milk, mix 8 seconds on speed 4

    3. Knead the dough for 2 minutes

    4. Flour your bench. Use a rolling pin to make dough turn into an approx. 30x40cm rectangle.

    5. Spread the vegemite over the dough (as much as you prefer), leaving a 2cm gap around the edges and scatter the cheese over the vegemite.

    6. Brush one long edge with a little bit of milk

    7. Starting at the long side (opposite side to milk) carefully roll the dough into a cylinder/tube shape.

    8. Cut into 12 slices – approximately 2cm thick.

    9. Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.

    10. Bake in preheated oven (fan forced is about 190 degrees) for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through

Tip

This recipe was initally found on //thermobliss.com/vegemite-and-cheese-scrolls-thermomix/

However, mine came out rock hard initially. I have made changes to accomodate for an oven that runs incredibly hot. The original recipe calls for 210 degrees.
