      Recipe is created for

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre Heat Oven to 190 degrees and grease muffin tray







    Add 110 g Butter to bowl and melt, 60 degrees, 2 min, speed 1







    Add Egg, Banana, lemon and Vanilla and combine 10 sec, speed 3







    Add Sugar, Flour, Bicarb and salt. Combine 10 sec, speed 4

    Add milk or buttermilk. Combine 10 sec, speed 4.





    Place into greased muffin tray and bake on 190 degrees for 15 - 20 mins or until golden.
