Banana oat cookies (dairy free, egg free, nut free)

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and line a large baking tray with baking paper or ThermoMat.
  2. Place bananas, cinnamon, baking powder and vanilla paste into bowl and blend 5 sec/Speed 5.
  3. Add coconut, oats and chocolate chips and mix Counter-clockwise operation/10 sec/Speed 4 or until the mix comes together into a soft dough.
  4. Roll mixture into 30 balls (each about 1 tbsp) and flatten slightly on baking tray.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant.

Accessories you need



Replace choc chips with dried cranberries or sultanas.
