If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and line a large baking tray with baking paper or ThermoMat.
- Place bananas, cinnamon, baking powder and vanilla paste into bowl and blend 5 sec/Speed 5.
- Add coconut, oats and chocolate chips and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" /10 sec/Speed 4 or until the mix comes together into a soft dough.
- Roll mixture into 30 balls (each about 1 tbsp) and flatten slightly on baking tray.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant.
