- 185 g Butter
- 210 g sugar
- 1 level teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3 eggs
- 300 g SR flour
- 70 g Milk
Recipe's preparation
Place butterfly in . Add butter, sugar and vanilla. Slowly increase speed up to speed 4 for 30secs.
Scrape sides. Cream for 30 secs on speed 4.
Add eggs, separately through lid on speed three until combined.
Add 1/2 milk and 1/2 flour. Speed 1 for 10 secs.
Add remaining milk and flour. Speed 1 for 20 secs. Scrap down sides and mix.
Spoon into patty papers. Bake in 180c oven for 15 mins.
