Buckwheat banana pancakes paleo

  • 50 grams buckwheat, or oats or almonds or hazelnuts
  • 10 grams chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 bananas, fresh or frozen
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

    light and fluffy, but nutritious pancakes.
  1. Start heating your fry pan.
    Mill the buckwheat, chia seeds, oats or nut flour for 30 seconds at speed 9.
    Add bananas, eggs and vanilla.
    Blend for 30 seconds at speed 8 until nice and throthy.
    You could drop in some blueberries and mix in if you like.
    Fry the pancakes in a little butter or coconut oil for a few minutes and flip. Silicon moulds work really well.
    They're delicious on their own, but you could sprinkle cinnamon sugar or drizzle maple syrup.
