Recipe's preparation

    Healthy Chocolate Banana Muffins
  1. Turn on oven to 180 degrees. Grease muffin trays.
  2. Combine 12 pitted dates and 30 grams of water in mixing bowl.
    3 mins/100 degrees/speed 2.
  3. Then with same ingredients 50 secs/varoma/speed3.
  4. Add bicarb, eggs, and banana. 20 sec/speed 4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  5. Add self-raising flour and cacao. 20 sec/speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  6. Add cacao nibs. 10 sec/speed 4.
  7. Pour mixture into baking tray. And cook for 15-20 minutes depending on size of muffin cup.

Tip

This was a recipe for Nutella muffins.
If you want spoon some mixture into trays, place a spoon of nutella then some further mixture on top.

You can also use chocolate chips instead of cacao if you prefer for a sweeter version.
