Delicious. Used milk chocolate. Reduced sugar to 200grams and reduced cooking time to 30 mins.. The result is glorious, fudgy brownies and this is coming from someone who doesn't like brownies. Will be heating one up to eat with ice cream later.. Yum!

Super easy recipe - I changed the sugar to 150gms brown sugar and 150gms plain sugar and cooked it in a small square tin - as per instructions not on fan bake and it turned out perfect. Also cut some slated caramel lindt balls added to the top before cooking for a twist which was a hit.
Great go to brownie recipe that you can play with.

I've found the time in the oven is too long, and they end up being very cakey. Have reduced cooking time to 25-30 mins with much better success. I also find I require 2 x 2min to melt the chocolate and butter sufficiently. This is absolutely my go-to brownie recipe though!

I made these brownies yesterday, i reduced the sugar to 200g as others have suggested and added 1/3 cup of white chocolate chips and approx 60g of crushed macadamia nuts... baked in a fan forced oven at 160 for 25 mins as i used a rectangular brownie slice tin and they turned out more cake like Puzzled will try repurpose them into icecream sandwiches and will try the recipe once again following complete ingredient list.

30 minutes on 150 fan forced seems to work for me. Added raspberries to one side and choc chops to the other! And reduced the sugar to 200gm as many others have. Just tried and it is more cake like?? What did I do wrong? Not enough sugar?

This was delicious! I only used 100g of sugar and was sweet enough! I only cooked for 30mins in fan forced oven at 160 degrees. I used a rectangle pan which was slightly bigger and spread mixture a little thinner which may have been the reason it cooked so quick.
