The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- -Heat oven at 180 degrees.
-Melt 120 gm of butter, 3 min/90 temp/ speed 1
-add whish in bowl.
-add 55gm flour, 145 gm sugar, 75gm almond meal, 4 eggs white (115gms). Mix 1min/speed 3.
-Add 60gm chocolate chips, mix 10 sec/speed 2.
You can put the preparation in the fridge for 10 min before putting the chocolate chips so they don't melt.
-Bake in oven for 22min. at 180 degrees
