Cinnamon Donuts

Donuts

  • 185 grams Milk
  • 75 grams caster sugar
  • 2 tsp dried yeast
  • 400 grams flour
  • 2 --- eggs
  • 75 grams Butter

Other

  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 litre vegatable oil for frying

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. Add milk. Heat 100 degrees 3 min sp2. Allow to cool down to 37 degrees.

  2. Add yeast, mix sp4 3 secs. Let sit for 5 min.

  3. Add rest of ingridients. Mix sp4 20 secs.

    Knead 5 min. 

    Put in Breadmat and prove for 1 hour. 

    Divide into 24 portions. Roll into balls, flatten then poke hole in middle.

    In hot oil, drop max 4 donuts at a time. Once brown flip. Take out and drop straight into sugar and coat quickly.
