      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert butterfly whisk. Whisk egg whites until soft peaks form.

  2. Remove butterfly whisk. Beat egg yolks, sugar
    10sec/speed 3
  3. Add water, vanilla essence and butter
    10sec/speed 3
  4. Add self-raising flour, cornflour and mix until smooth batter.
  5. Fold in whisked egg whites. Allow to stand for 10mins
  6. Cook in waffle iron until golden brown.

Serve with whipped cream, top with strawberries and syrup or similar

    These waffles are certainly nice and crispy, I had to adjust the water from 100grams to 400grams to make it a batter. Was delicious though.
