  • 220 grams sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 270 grams plain flour, sifted
  • 300 grams white chocolate
  • 300 grams milk chocolate

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

    Place milk chocolate and white chocolate into jug. Speed 10 / 3 seconds - set aside

    Place dark chocolate in jug speed 9 / 10 seconds. Scrape down

    Add butter to dark choclate (in jug) 3.5 minutes / 50degrees / speed 3

    Insert butterfly, 220g of sugar speed 3 / 20 seconds

    3mins / 50 degrees / speed 3

    Cool until 37 light is only one illuminated

    Add 4 eggs and flour, speed 4 / 10 seconds

    Add milk and white chocolate Gentle stir setting, 10 seconds

    Put into pan and bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 mins (DO NOT OVERCOOK OR THEY WILL TASTE BITTER)
