Feijoa spelt muffins
- 100 g rolled oats
- 125 g Butter
- 180 g white spelt flour
- 80-90 g Rapadura Sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 medium feijoas, flesh scooped out with a spoon. Discard skin.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat pven to 180 degrees (170 degrees fan forced)
Mill oats 10 sec/speed 6. Set aside
Melt the butter 3 mins/50 degrees/speed 2
Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 30 secs/speed 4
Pour into greased or lined muffin tray. Bake for 20 mins.
