Very yummy. I added some white choc chips. Also only had gluten free plain flour so I added 2tspn GF baking powder and 1/3tsp bicarbonate of soda. Worked great!

Thanks for recipes - just been put on low FOD MAP diet so first time experimenting with gluten and lactose free recipes and  new to my thermomix....this was a really easy recipe. I'm just finding the GF flour very different .....and can't seem to get the fluffy break apart goodness you get with normal flour tmrc_emoticons.-( not sure if there is a trick to it....or just get used to it? Cheers

  • Made this today. So super

    Submitted by patagonia on 16. July 2012 - 22:46.

Made this today. So super easy and yummy. I put it in a lamington tray though, as I think it is cleaner and it makes nice little squares which fit easily into kids lunchboxes. I also added coconut and some cocao nibs and used rapadura sugar instead of caster sugar. Everyone loved them.
