Ingredients

Cup cake batter

  • 1/2-1 cup honey, to your desired sweetness
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cup spelt flour
  • 2 tsp Bakeing Powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Shreaded Coconut, (I used the pulp from makeing the coconut milk)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 175 deg

    mix honey and oil sp 4 for 5 sec

    Add eggs and vanilla extract sp 4 for 5 sec

    Add remaining ingredients sp 4 untill completly combined and smooth

    Bake for 20-25 min

     

    I made these into butterfly cakes for my daughters birthday but they are yummy as they are with no iceing. You could also add choc chips, saltanas, berries whatever flavour combo you like.
