Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Curd will thicken more upon cooling but if it's extra runny sometimes it needs a few more minutes at 80 degrees/speed 2 to help it thicken.

I don't think so.. I made it on the weekend following the instructions and it turned out lovely.
This was an epic fail!
This was an epic fail! Followed receipe exactly and it was sooooooo runny, I then doubled the cooking time and increased the cornflour x 4 and still runny, didn't even thicken after cooling down. Is there an ingredient missing or something!?!?!?
