If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 160 c .Grease a 24cm Bundt tin
1. Combined all cake ingredients .
2. Mix for 5 secs on speed 4.
3. Insert butterfly
4. Mix for 15 secs on speed 4
5. Pour ingredients into a well greased Bundt tin
6. Place in oven for 50-55 mins or until skewer comes out clean
7. Allow cake to cool for at least 5 mins before turning out onto cake rack
8. Make your icing and whilst cake is still hot pour over icing, allow icing to set for 10 mins and serve warm.
*Do not be impatient like me and move cake straight away or it will crack like mine has in pic..very yummy

I made this cake two weeks ago for a birthday.
I halved the sugar and it was beautiful.
Had a lot of spare lemons and this was perfect.
I used a dusting of icing sugar on the top instead of the suggested icing.
Will definitely be making this again. Thank you
