  • 5 portions eggs
  • 200 g butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp sweetener, to taste
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 50 g almonds, or walnuts
  • 50 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 150 g almond meal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 2 tsp baking powder

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Closed lidBlitz carrot pieces in TM 10 seconds speed 6
  2. Closed lid Weigh all other ingredients into bowl. Mix 20 seconds speed 4
  3. Pour mixture into prepared cake tin or muffin cases
  4. Bake at 180* for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean
