For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Line oven trays and pre heat oven to 180c
Add SR Flour, salt, sugar & butter to Thermomix bowl, blend for 10sec, Sp 3.
Add eggs and milk, blend 20sec, Sp 3. Ingredients will resemble a biscuit dough.
Add sultanas and combine for 20sec, Reverse"Counter-clockwise operation" , Sp 3.
Place teaspoons full onto lined tray, they don't need to be perfect, rustic is best
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden on top.
