What do you mean by cooked beetroot? Do you cook it until it becomes really soft?
    Thanks in advance.

  • Made this in a TM31 , kids

Made this in a TM31 , kids and in-laws loved it! I had to make a few changes with what I had available. Used rapadura sugar instead of caster, raw cacao instead of cocoa, 3/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup macadamia oil instead on corn oil and baked 24 mini muffins for 10 mins and 12 muffins for 25 mins! Yum!
