If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Pre-heat oven to 180c fan-forced.
Lightly grease 20cm cake tin (round or square).
Puree Beetroot (without skin) 30 sec SP7.
Add flour, baking powder, cocoa and sugar into TM bowl and beat SP 5 for 30 seconds.
Add the eggs, vanilla and oil & beat for 20 seconds SP 4.
Scrap down sides mix again SP 4 20 seconds until well combined.
Pour batter into greased ring tin pan or cake tin.
Bake 180c fan-forced oven for 5--60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Made this in a TM31 , kids
Made this in a TM31 , kids and in-laws loved it! I had to make a few changes with what I had available. Used rapadura sugar instead of caster, raw cacao instead of cocoa, 3/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup macadamia oil instead on corn oil and baked 24 mini muffins for 10 mins and 12 muffins for 25 mins! Yum!
