Mexican Chocolate and Banana Cupcakes
- 4 piece La Neta Chocolate, Traditional Mexican Chocolate Tablets, the cinnamon is perfect for this!
- 150 g Flour, Plain
- 1 tablespoons baking powder
- 120 g Salted butter
- 3 --- eggs
- 100 g Coconut sugar, Can be substituted for brown or raw sugar. If using white sugar use only 50g
- 2 --- ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoons natural vanilla extract, Optional for extra flavour
- 1 pinches salt

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven at 180°
- Put the La Neta Chocolate into bowl and shred for 10 seconds at speed 6 until you get granules and powder. Remove and put in a small bowl.
- Put flour, baking powder, eggs, sugar, bananas, butter and salt in bowl and mix for 15 seconds at speed 6 until combined.
- Add chocolate and mix for 10 seconds at speed 5 until mixed through.
- Place into cupcake moulds (grease if necessary or use patty pans) and bake for 20mins. Cool completely before demoulding.
Sensational cupcakes, nothing artificial, easy to make!
