  • 250 grams Greek yoghurt
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 grams rolled oats
  • 30 grams brown sugar
  • 11/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 to taste dark choc chips

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180

    Place all ingredients except choc chips into bowl. 20 seconds/speed 7. (Untill all ingredients blended together and smooth)

    Add choc chips on reverse Counter-clockwise operation for 5 seconds/speed 2

    Pour into lined muffin tins, 3/4 full.

    Bake for 15-20 mins or until skewer comes out clean.

Tip

I find it easier to use silicon muffin liners, due to no oil the muffins can become quite sticky. If using paper patty pans you could give them a quick spray with oil.

    Hi! The mixture is meant to be runny, and flour free which makes them moist. They do seem a little weird when you first make them

    Was a little confused with this recipe. It was a very runny mixture. Ended up putting in a small amt of flour. flavour was okay. Don't think I would make again though.
