  • 125g lightly salted butter
  • 165g brown sugar
  • 1tbsp golden syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 310g SR flour
  • 70g Desiccated Coconut
  • 110g rolled oats + 70 g extra

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line two or three baking trays with baking paper.

    Place suger in TM bowl, seep 6 for 5 sec.

    Add butterfly and butter. Speed 4 until light and fluffy, scrapping down sides a few times.

    Take out butterfly, with TM running at speed 4 add eggs one at a time, making sure will combined before adding next ingredients.

    Add remaining ingredients, reverse speed 3 to 4 until just combined.

    Drop walnut size pieces into rolled oats to coat and shape into ball.

    Place on baking trays and flatten slightly with fork.

    Pop into oven for 18 - 20 mins or until biscuits spring back.

    Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on tray.

    YUM!! Best served with milk or a cuppa
