  • I wonder if maybe the dark

I wonder if maybe the dark chocolate made them too bitter? Maybe try with a different chocolate next time, they are definitely great muffins if the right ingredients are used tmrc_emoticons.)

  • Very Nice! I used 150g raw

Very Nice! I used 150g raw almonds, blended for 30 seconds on speed 10 prior to the addtion of the other ingredients (instead of the almond meal and almond butter). I also added two tablespoons of flax seeds, and used normal milk chocolate instead of sugar free. Delicious and super easy!

  • I had to modify this because

Submitted by melissa elfar on 7. April 2013 - 18:48.

I had to modify this because I didn't have enough of any of the items but it came out beautifully!

Namely I added 65g of brown rice flour,

    20g of bakers chocolate,

    100g of dark chocolate chips

1 pear instead of a banana,

and 100 g of dates.  Amazing!

  • These are great. So simple

    Submitted by kulacey on 12. January 2013 - 16:23.

These are great. So simple and easy! I used hazelnut/Choc butter as I didn't have almond butter, which made them even more chocolately. A definite winner for me.
