      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Easy to make and delicious. I found them to have just the right amount of crunchiness and chewiness. I spread a little melted milk chocolate on top and they were loved by the grandchildren. Will be making these again

So many recipes to try, but so little time!

My daughter loves Nutella biscuits from a local cafe but I haven’t been able to find a recipe. So I made them using this recipe, omitting the castor sugar and replacing the peanut butter with Nutella. It worked a treat! Large biscuits took 12 minutes and some slightly smaller ones about 10 minutes.

I loved these! Just had one straight out of the oven and it was gooey and delicious. I found I needed to give them a few extra minutes in the oven to firm up (mine had more like 18 mins) but that could just be my oven.

The only thing I would change in this recipe is listing to turn the oven on as step 1 - I know it sounds obvious, but in my excitement I didn't realise until I was half way through haha!

Thank you for a delicious recipe Smile
