Tasty muffins, I used Greek yoghurt and 120 grams sugar. I also added a carrot and the 3 year old is none the wiser 😂. Thanks for the recipe.

These are amazing! I followed the recipe exactly using unsweetened natural yogurt, but I did have to cook a little longer than suggested, but that could be just my oven, so it's just best to check with skewer to see when they are done. Thank you so much

Really nice muffins, nice texture and moist - I had 4 smallish pears that needed using and put all of these in, used Greek yoghurt,” reduced the sugar to 100g, and added 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon. I made half of the mix as mini muffins which are perfect for the kids. Nice flavour, sweet enough but not too sweet.

Absolutely delicious ... I had some pears that needed to be used today, and some homemade vanilla yoghurt .. Used both up and the kids love them ! I did use a 12 cup muffin pan, so made 12 regular size and extended cooking time. This recipe is a winner !

Scrumptious muffins & so easy to make! I tried with Greek yoghurt also & was ok, but not as nice as the natural yoghurt flavour, so back to the original recipe for me. Everyone at hubby's work absolutely love these so I have to make them once a week! Thanks for a great recipe Jodb77
