- 1/2 level tsp baking powder
- 1/2 level teaspoons salt
- 120g plain flour
- 120g brown sugar
- 80g white sugar
- 170g unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 level tsp vanilla extract
- 200g White Chocolate Chips
- 200g Pistachio cream
Recipe is created for
TM 6For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
- Add 120g Brown Sugar 80g White Sugar to Bowl and mix 10 sec/speed 9
Add 170g Unsalted Butter to bowl and mix 10 sec/speed 8
Insert Butterfly Mixer and cream butter and sugar for 3 min/speed 3 until pale in colour
Add 2 Eggs and 2 tsp Vanilla Extract, mix 1 min/speed 4
Remove Butterfly whisk and scrape down sides of mixing bowl
Add 215g Plain Flour, 1/2tsp Baking Powder, 1/2tsp Salt to bowl. Mix 20 sec/speed 3
Scrape down sides and mix 10 sec/speed 3
Add 200g White Chocolate Chips and 200g Pistachio Cream to bowl and mix 10 sec/speed 3 until combined
Pour into prepared baking pan and place in the oven at 160(fanforced) for 30-40min or until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
