- 100 grams dried apricots

Line a 28cm x 18cm tray with baking paper
Place all ingredients for the base into the . Speed 10 for approximately 20-30 seconds. You wil hear the mixture start to change in consistency as it comes together.
Press mixture into prepared tin and smooth with the back of a spoon.
Place in fridge to chill.
Place all ingredients for the fruit layer including the oats into the . Speed 10/ 10 secs
Place mixture onto prepared base and smooth with the back of spoon.
Sprinkle additional chia seeds on top of slice and chill for approximately 2 hours.
Slice into 24 bite size pieces or larger for 12 post excercise energy bars.
