- 40 grams Chai Seeds
- 125 grams water, in a cup to soak Chai seeds in
- 130 grams Olive Oil.
- 120 grams honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 140 grams rolled oats
- 40 grams Wholemeal SR Flour
- 1 egg
- 100 grams Saltanas
- 120 grams dried apricots
- 40 sachet Sunflour seeds
- 40 grams pepitas
Put the Chai seeds into the water and allow to soak.
Pre heat the oven to 160 degrees and grease a laminton tray or line with baking paper
Put the sunflower seeds, Pepitas and apricots into the bowl and chop on speed 7 for 6 seconds
Add all other ingredients including the chai seed mixture and mix on "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4 until combined well
Press mixture into tray and back for 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Allow to cool completely then cut unto 24 bars
