Seedy Muesli Bars

Ingredients

24 portion(s)

  • 40 grams Chai Seeds
  • 125 grams water, in a cup to soak Chai seeds in
  • 130 grams Olive Oil.
  • 120 grams honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 140 grams rolled oats
  • 40 grams Wholemeal SR Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams Saltanas
  • 120 grams dried apricots
  • 40 sachet Sunflour seeds
  • 40 grams pepitas

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put the Chai seeds into the water and allow to soak.

  2. Pre heat the oven to 160 degrees and grease a laminton tray or line with baking paper

  3. Put the sunflower seeds, Pepitas and apricots into the bowl and chop on speed 7 for 6 seconds 

  4. Add all other ingredients including the chai seed mixture and mix on Counter-clockwise operation speed 4 until combined well

  5. Press mixture into tray and back for 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  6. Allow to cool completely then cut unto 24 bars
