Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Into TM bowl, place sugar, butter, margarine and eggs. Mix on speed 4 for 10 seconds.
Scrape down sides then add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt to TM bowl and mix on speed 6 for 20 seconds.
Mix the sugar coating ingredients together in a small bowl.
Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls, approximately 1 1/4 inches and roll in the sugar coating.
Place the balls on a baking tray (I don't greece it) 2 inches apart, then bake in the oven for 10 mins.
Once cooked place on a wire rack to cool before enjoying!

Tip
I like to use raw sugar for the dough and white sugar for the coating.
