If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1, Chopped Haw Flake turbo 2 times. Put aside
2. Put butter 1 min 80'c speed 3
3, Put butterfly add sugar set 5min "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3
4, Scrap down from the side bowl 5 min "Counter-clockwise operation" crack egg one by one and vanila extract from the hole
5, Remove butterfly add flour and haw flake, set 1 min "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 7
6, Pour batter into greese or line baking tin 9' or 22cm
7, Pour the water into bowl. Set 80min veroma and speed 3. Test the cake with toothpick it will be clear if the cake is cook
