- 125 grams chocolate
- 150 grams Butter

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

Preheat oven at 200C.
Line muffin tin with cup cake papers
1. Chop Butter & Chocolate for 5 sec on speed 5, (scrape down the side)
2. Melt Butter & Chocolate 2mins 60c on speed 1,
3. Add eggs, sugar & vanilla essence, mix for 5 sec on speed 3 or 4,
4. Add flour & coco and mix for 5 sec on speed 3 or 4,
5. Pour mixture into cupcake papers & bake for 20mins- mixture should still be gooey. Do not overcook.
6. Place brownies right away on a cooling rack & while still warm press down the middle to make a thumbprint indentation.
7. While the brownies are cooling down slice the strawberries in a heart shape.
8. Insert Butterfly then whip the cream with the icing sugar 30 seconds to a minute Speed 4 - don't over beat!!
9. Add the whipped cream to a pipping bag (i used a star nozel) & pipe the top of the brownies then place a strawberry heart on top.
10. Store in a container in the fridge, sprinkle with a dusting of icing sugar!!
CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
Tip
Do not over bake otherwise the brownies can dry out.
Sugar can be reduced to 250g for a less sweet brownie.
