Recipe's preparation

    Preparation of the fluffy rolls
  1. Put the water, yeast and butter in the mixing bowl and mix for 3 minutes /37 ° C / speed 2
  2. Add all the other ingredients and Dough modefor 4 minutes
  3. Let the dough rise in the mixing bowl for approx. 30 minutes until it has reached the lid, then knead Dough mode briefly for 2-3 seconds
  4. Sprinkle the work surface a little thicker with flour. Let the dough slide on and dust a little thicker with flour with the spatula and then cut into four pieces, cut into three parts again, so that there are 12 rolls. Do not knead or squeeze.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover with a towel. Let rise in a warm place until the oven is preheated: temperature 200 °C.
  6. When I bake, I always put a fireproof bowl of water on the bottom of the oven. Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, remove them from the tray and let them cool on a wire rack.
