      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Gluten Free bread (Italian Flour)
  1. add 475g water to Bowl
  2. add 10g yeast
  3. Mix 3 Mins 37°C speed 2
  4. add 25g Olive Oil
  5. Add 15g Salt
  6. Mix 10 seconds speed 4
  7. Add 500g Caputo Gluten Free Flour
  8. Mix 10 seconds speed 4
  9. scrap down sides to release sticky dough
  10. Dough mode 6 minutes
  11. Wet Spatula and pour into bread tin, cover with cling wrap sprayed with olive oil and place in warm area to prove for 1 hour or until reaches top of bread tin - it is a very sticky dough to use (not possible to handle) do not add extra flour
  12. once risen remove cling film (carefully) and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown with hollow sound when you tap the bottom of the bread. It should just slide out easily.

Tip

This dough is extreamly sticky I use to silicone bread moulds as I find them easier to work with.

any questions or issues please reach out as I am sure I have come across them tmrc_emoticons.-) and can offer a fix. This recipe uses a specific flour and I have not tried it using any other flours.
