- 200 g almond meal
- 5 --- eggs
- 250 g cream cheese
- 50 g butter, melted
- 15 g baking powder
- 25 g Psyllium husk
- to taste sweetener
- 150 g Mixed Nuts

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and line a loaf tin.
- Add butter to TM bowl and melt on 37 degrees, Speed 1 for 1 minute or until butter has melted.
- Weigh all ingredients into the bowl and mix together on Speed 4 for 30 seconds or until well combined.
- Pour ingredients into prepared loaf tin
Bake for 40minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool in loaf tin before slicing.

Depending how sweet you make it, it can be used with various toppings. Try adding cinnamon as well as sweetener for a festive spice cake.
