If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Put crumbs into the "Closed lid" and combine for 30secs on speed 2.5. Put into oven tey on baking paper. You can do in egg rings if you want big round ones, or do squares if you want it like toast. It will make around 6 bisciuts depending on size. Bake for 18mins or till browned on top.
Enjoy under an egg, or as a side to bacon and eggs. You could even put your fave jam on top.
