      Recipe is created for
      TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

Use the tip of a wooden spoon to determine when the oil is ready for cooking the bread.

Place the tip of the spoon in the oil, in the middle of the pan. Once bubbles form around the spoon handle, the oil is hot enough to cook.

If the dough is too sticky and wet. Four your bench top, transfer the dough and knead it lightly until your dough is soft enough to form a ball.

Let the dough rise in a well oiled bowl, place a tea towel over top and place in a warm spot to rise.
